By accessing or using this website, submitting a membership application, or otherwise interacting with IEPNG through this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1Use of This Website

This website is provided to inform members, prospective members, employers, and the public about IEPNG, its membership classes, professional registration, and related services. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract content from this website, including the Membership Directory or Talent Hub
• Submit false or misleading information in any application or form on this site

2Membership & Registration

Applying for membership through this website or by submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are assessed by IEPNG against the eligibility requirements for the relevant membership class, and applicants must be a registered Member of IEPNG and registered with the Professional Engineers Registration Board (PERB) to practise engineering in Papua New Guinea, as required under the Professional Engineers Registration Act.

Members are expected to comply with IEPNG's Code of Ethics and Constitution as a condition of continued membership.

3Membership Directory & Talent Hub

The Membership Directory and Talent Hub display a member's name and membership class for the purposes of professional recognition and connecting employers with engineering talent. Use of the Talent Hub by employers is limited to genuine recruitment purposes, and requests to contact a listed engineer must be made through IEPNG rather than by attempting to locate or contact members independently through information obtained from this website.

4Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable forms — is owned by or licensed to IEPNG and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content from this website for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, republish, or distribute it without IEPNG's prior written consent.

5Accuracy of Information

IEPNG takes reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, including membership requirements, forms, legislation, and fee information. However, IEPNG does not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free, and reserves the right to correct errors or update information at any time without notice.
